On site

No one-click buildings: every wall goes up by hand

Work is done in order, with real tools: mark and dig the foundation, hammer the formwork, tie the rebar, call the mixer, pour the concrete and screed it level. Then lay bricks in mortar, run the plumbing, plaster, paint and tile. Materials arrive by truck and you unload them with a forklift. There are no classes or required roles: one friend mixes mortar while another hauls bricks, and a solo player can do every job. First you hand over a two-storey house, then a five-storey apartment block.

The boss and the evening

Bad work turns into comic chaos, the end of a shift into a night out

The architect arrives by taxi, walks the site and reacts to the quality of your work. Good work earns a nod, sloppy work a shouting fit, worse work a sledgehammer, and truly bad craftsmanship makes him grow giant and chase the crew. You can knock him out and carry him back to the taxi, but fixing the damage is still on you. Losses are capped, so mishaps make stories without wiping progress. After the shift, the eight-seat minibus takes everyone to the nightlife street to dance and play the casino with in-game coins before heading back to camp to sleep.
