Privacy Policy — HypCas

HypCas ("the app") is a collection of casual mini-games published by ACKARACA Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what choices you have.

1. Summary

No account or sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Game progress (coins, unlocked items, high scores, settings, language) is stored only on your device.
The app uses Google AdMob (ads), Google Firebase Analytics (usage statistics) and RevenueCat with Google Play Billing (optional premium subscription). These services receive limited device and usage data as described below.
All network traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

2. Data stored on your device

The app saves the following in local app storage on your device:

coin balance, unlocked items, achievements and high scores;
settings such as sound, haptics and language;
premium status cache.

This data does not leave your device unless listed in section 3. It is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

3. Data processed by third-party services

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the data above for anything other than the purposes listed.

4. Android permissions

The app only requests permissions that need no user prompt:

INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — load ads, send analytics, check purchases, detect offline mode.
WAKE_LOCK — used by Firebase Analytics to send events reliably.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — read the Advertising ID for ads and analytics.
com.android.vending.BILLING — Google Play in-app purchases.

The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, files, or precise location.

5. Your choices

Personalized ads: Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" (or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on older versions).
Analytics and local data: clear the app data or uninstall the app. This resets the app instance ID.
Subscription: manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Deletion requests / questions: contact us at the address in section 8. Because we do not have accounts, include the date of purchase or Google Play order ID if your request is about a subscription.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection under GDPR. California residents have similar rights under CCPA/CPRA. Turkish residents have rights under KVKK (Law No. 6698).

6. Data retention

Local data: until you clear app data or uninstall.
Firebase Analytics: event data is kept for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
AdMob and RevenueCat: kept according to their own retention policies (links above).

7. Children

HypCas is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on the store listing.
